What data is processed and why
When you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we process your name, email address or telephone number and the information you share to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare a proposal or manage a collaboration. You only need to provide the information necessary for us to respond. The hosting server generates technical access and error logs, which may include the IP address, date and time, requested page and browser information, to maintain the website’s operation and security.
Legal basis
Requests from individuals interested in our services are handled to take pre-contractual steps at their request or perform a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Communications with company representatives, other professional enquiries and website security rely on our legitimate interests in maintaining professional relationships, responding to requests and protecting the service (Article 6(1)(f)). Article 6(1)(c) applies where information must be retained to meet a legal obligation. These data are not used to send newsletters or unsolicited advertising.
Retention
Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to respond and complete the related discussions or negotiations. When no longer needed, they are deleted. If a contractual relationship or retention obligation applies, data are retained only for the periods required by law or to address potential liabilities, with restricted processing where appropriate. Technical logs are retained during the hosting service’s log rotation cycle and, if an incident is detected, for as long as needed to investigate and resolve it.
Service providers and transfers
Technology providers support hosting and email (Namecheap) and communications managed through Gmail (Google). If you choose WhatsApp, the policy of WhatsApp Ireland Limited, the controller of its platform in the European Economic Area, also applies. The button is an external link; this website does not embed WhatsApp tracking tools. These services may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Their policies explain the transfers and mechanisms they apply, such as adequacy decisions and standard contractual clauses where applicable. We only disclose data to other recipients where legally required.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability where applicable by emailing hola@vamomarketing.com. If processing relies on your consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. You can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency at www.aepd.es.
Cookies and browsing
This website contains no forms, analytics, advertising pixels, cookies or local storage. Fonts and images are served from the website itself. We do not carry out profiling or automated decision-making. Following an external link, such as the WhatsApp link, takes you to a service with its own privacy policy.
