This website introduces Vamo’s graphic design services and provides professional contact by email and WhatsApp. Services cannot be purchased or paid for on this website. The scope and terms of each collaboration are agreed separately.

What data is processed and why
When you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we process your name, email address or telephone number and the information you share to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare a proposal or manage a collaboration. You only need to provide the information necessary for us to respond. The hosting server generates technical access and error logs, which may include the IP address, date and time, requested page and browser information, to maintain the website’s operation and security.
Legal basis
Requests from individuals interested in our services are handled to take pre-contractual steps at their request or perform a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Communications with company representatives, other professional enquiries and website security rely on our legitimate interests in maintaining professional relationships, responding to requests and protecting the service (Article 6(1)(f)). Article 6(1)(c) applies where information must be retained to meet a legal obligation. These data are not used to send newsletters or unsolicited advertising.
Retention
Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to respond and complete the related discussions or negotiations. When no longer needed, they are deleted.
